It is the best playroom ever! The room was the attic over the kitchen and laundry room in space we never knew was there. The ceiling is only 5 feet high and is perfect for little people. There is kitchen space, dressing area, reading area, store and office area. The space is 13 ft x 23 ft. There is plenty of room for Baby Ben's toys too.
